Stadium Information

Fans attending the Division I Men’s College World Series are encouraged to become familiar with procedures related to fan entry, safety and security at Charles Schwab Field Omaha.

Mobile Ticketing

The Division I Men’s College World Series is a MOBILE TICKETS ONLY event. All fans will need a mobile ticket to enter the venue. Fans are encouraged to save their ticket to their mobile wallet prior to arriving for easier access to the venue. Screenshots or recordings of tickets are not valid for entry. Fans coming to the game with friends or family should transfer their tickets before the day of the game so they may enjoy ease of movement around the stadium.


Bag Policy

Charles Schwab Field Omaha will comply with a clear bag policy which requires that items fans wish to bring into the stadium must fit in either a clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar), or a small clutch bag with or without a handle/strap that does not exceed 4.5 inches x 6.5 inches (approximately the size of a hand). Each patron is allowed one small clutch bag and one clear plastic bag that meets the above requirements.
Fans may bring items such as smart phones, binoculars, and cameras (no detachable lenses), provided they are either carried or fit within the guidelines above. For more information about venue policies and prohibited items please click here.

Stay Hydrated

One (1) empty clear plastic water bottle per guest will be allowed to utilize water fill stations located by sections 107, 120, 127 & 134. Bottles must be 20 ounces or smaller.  

Cashless Stadium

Concessions will be available at Charles Schwab Field Omaha. All points of sale will be cashless. Reverse ATMs are available outside sections 104 and 121.


Merchandise can be purchased in Fan Fest and in Charles Schwab Field located by sections 101, 113, 124 & 134. All points of sale will be cashless. Game programs can also be purchased in these sections and on the concourse.

Inclement Weather Policy

While every situation is different based on time of day and which game, the following are standard procedures when inclement weather disrupts a game or games. No game will be skipped. Meaning each game will continue in the order it is scheduled to play. If weather changes the date, the rescheduled game will still precede any future games. Mobile tickets are good for the game only. If the game date is moved due to weather, the mobile ticket for that game must be used. If a game is started then delayed or postponed to a new time/day, the mobile ticket will be scanned for use during the new start time. Please hold on to that ticket.

  1. In the event of a weather delay, fans should keep their game ticket.
  2. If a fan is leaving the stadium during a weather delay, they should stop at a ticket gate to have their ticket scanned out by Charles Schwab Field Omaha staff.
    1. Reserved and premium mobile seat ticket holders may exit through all gates and have their mobile ticket(s) scanned out.
  3. If the game is halted and resumed the same day or continued the following day, fans will need the game ticket from the original game to re-enter the stadium for the continuation of play.
  4. In the event of a total game postponement to the following day (meaning, the game did not begin at its scheduled time), fans should follow the game number listed on their updated mobile ticket.
  5. There are no refunds on tickets as all games will be played.
  6. TO RESOLVE ANY TICKET ISSUES, Fans should go to the Box Office near gate 2 on the corner of 13th and Mike Fahey streets.

Additional Stadium Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons, the following stadium policies will be observed during the Men's College World Series:

  • Cameras ARE permitted for still photography and video for personal use, but lens length must be shorter than approximately one inch, and no additional detachable lenses will be permitted.
  • Umbrella strollers or strollers small enough to fit under stadium seats are permitted.
  • As a courtesy to your fellow spectators, fans will be asked to refrain from walking down aisles in the reserved seating areas during at-bats. Fans should walk down aisles to their seats between at-bats, between innings or during other breaks in play.
  • Carrying a concealed weapon is prohibited at Charles Schwab Field Omaha unless otherwise authorized by law. Violation of this prohibition is a criminal offense. Firearms and weapons cannot be checked into the security or guest services offices.
  • Please note the following Tailgating Rules and Regulations.


Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted into Charles Schwab Field Omaha:

  • Small or clutch-sized purses or wallets, exceeding 4.5 inches tall by 6.5 inches long are not permitted
  • Large purses, bags, backpacks or fanny-packs will not be allowed inside the arena or stadium
  • Seat cushions with pockets 
  • Bubbles or bubble making machines or apparatuses
  • Bottles or cans; Food or Drink coolers, Yeti cups or coolers
  • Outside food or drink (20 oz. or smaller empty, clear plastic bottles will be allowed for water)
  • Large bags or back packs
  • Frisbees or beach balls
  • Large umbrellas
  • Laser pointers
  • Noise making devices of any kind (i.e. bells, whistles, horns, etc.)
  • Fireworks
  • Drones, anywhere on MECA campus
  • Selfie sticks
  • Hover boards
  • Illegal drugs and alcohol
  • Weapons of any kind, including lawfully concealed firearms
  • Commercial signs or banners without the prior approval of Charles Schwab Field Omaha
  • Any item deemed to challenge public safety

Which entrances are ADA accessible?
There is ADA access to Charles Schwab Field Omaha at three entrances. For an elevator, please use Gate 2, near the ticket windows, or the Suite/Club entrance located just south of Gate 1 on 13th Street. The Gate 3 ADA accessibility is via the ramp, located on the east side of the stadium. 

Is there an ATM/Reverse ATM onsite?

What animals are allowed into the stadium?
With the exception of guide dogs or other service animals used for assistance by persons with a disability, no animals or pets are permitted in Charles Schwab Field Omaha. We suggest that the individual have proof of certification or a license for service animals. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected for you to accommodate your service animal.

What forms of payment does the concession stand accept?
The Charles Schwab Field Omaha concession stands are now cashless. There are two cash to credit machines available on the concourse.
